i was using a screen on my 5216 nvr today and had a look at a the ai search. This would be the same as what is viewable by the web right? But is there an equivalent when using iDMSS? Searching each cam for its seems a poor subsititute (and doesn’t seem to work the same as motion detect).

Anyone know how, though a dahua NVR (4104p) you can find out which region of a motion detection event is triggering? I always just blindly go in and change the sensitivity/thresholds until it stops going. But it'd be nice to know what region was firing the event.

The tails on a camera with the AC adapter and network plug are about 20mm. Is it possible to unplug the tail from the camera to leave teh network and ac plugs inthe roof and pass the connector though a slightly smaller hole?
