Using the IVMs-4500 the cell phone and the camera is also very close to the router signal 98%. The mic portion is bearable but trying to talk to someone comes out a garbled mess. I have tried the different codecs in the camera... still the same thing, all you get is a bunch of feedback...
The audio is horrible on this camera, You could not have any type of conversation with anyone, it will be a garbled mess, even on wifi at home. The mic even on 100% is weak.. just terrible.
my tftpd32 will not work either. I tried your version it just connects and says test device and stops...Turned off my antivirus, firewall, ran as administrator, checked all numbers, still nothing...
I cant cant TFT tool to work, my pc wont let me connect to it. I disabled all my firewalls, installed it in the root directory set the ip address to 192.0.0.128 and nothing....plugged in the camera directly to my pc. etc
I am at wits end I can't get rid of the chinese software! The camera came with version v5.2 140721. I can;t downgrade to 5.1 as it fails during the install. I tried the TFT tool but it finds the camera but wont transfer files. How do i get out of this mess!
Thanks
I have a thread on this...you have to change the codec on the audio setup to MP2L2. However if you use the mobile app you wont get sound during live view, if you use that codec. There is no fix as far as i know, to get both working at once.
Problem solved Ryan figured out I need to set the audio encoding to MP2L2 and it works in the browser download and the ivms-4200 download. Get Support from Nelly;s wow!
Hi, I get no audio when I download the file from the hikvision browser interface When I use the web player it has audio, but not any other time. Any suggestions, I do have the newest firmware in the camera 5.2 XXX also.
