Hello everyone,
I am currently setting up a surveillance system in my second home and would like to store the recordings in my first home on a NAS.
The question now is whether I need an NVR (Network Video Recorder) in my second home to store the videos temporarily, or whether this is also possible without an NVR.
I'm planning to buy a Synology NAS and I'd like to buy the cameras from Andy.
My idea is to simply specify an FTP server (Synology) in the web interface of the cameras, so that the recordings are sent directly there when motion is detected, for example.
Is this feasible?
Thanks in advance for your help
