Help in identification ipcam Mosvitec

Hello. I just bought IP Cam Mosvitec ip400-fo20v0622
It looks like OEM Chinise cam.
Mosvitec have their website but support doesn't answer
The main problem was that cam has admin password and there is no reset button
I tried all the possible default passes - no result
As soon as it looks like Hikvision I followed the instruction disassembled it, found UART pins and succesfully conneted.

During my tests I run the following command as per ChatGPT suggestion

So the cam doesn't start correctly.

Questions:
1 - Would you be so kind to help me identify the Cam to get the firmware.
2 - is it possible to recover initial settings by UART commands
3 - how to clear the admin's password
