Hello Everybody !

I have a problem with Smart PSS software, im getting the error "Failed to open video" in my windows 8 Laptop. I try in a Mac and it work perfectly. Does anybody knows how to solve this issue in windows ?
Im trying to see this cameras by using the NVR serial number.

Usually a resource issue assuming the NVR shows connected (green) under Devices.

you seem to have a heck of a lot of programs open on the taskbar.....

Thanks for your response . This time only was open the team viewer and this smart pss . Maybe a problem with the version ? I have installed :
DH_SMARTPSS-Win64_En_IS_V2.003.0000001.0.R.200413.zip

Maybe try a different version if you can find one.... ? Sorry

What is your current version of SMART PSS for MAC?
What firmware version of your ipc? Make screenshot from web or from smartpss at device windows.

Hello, I have tried adding directly the cameras on the smart PSS, this way I can watch the live view of the cameras on my windows laptop. But when i add the NVR I can't watch the video. On windows I have installed the last version of smart PSS DH_SMARTPSS-Win64_En_IS_V2.003.0000001.0.R.200413.zip.

The NVR model is: DHI-NVR2108HS-4KS2, software of the NVR is : V3.216

Hello, We add the NVR by SN to access remotely. The cameras are on other network.
