Dahua API to add groups and group permissions

Guys,

Anyone know if user groups and permissions for those groups can be added by the Dahua API.

I can batch users and assign them to already set groups, but there seems to be no available command for adding groups in the API.

Thanks in advance in anyone knows how to do this.

Are you trying to avoid logging into the webpage of each camera, as a user, and using the web page to configure more users and groups?

(I don't know the answer to your question.)

I looked briefly at the API doc and there's no way to add or delete groups.

Im writing a python script to save time adding groups of user permissions and users. I cant see it either. Such a vital function not to have an api for

I've read through API 3.18 I have, and there is still nothing about creating/deleting a permissions group sadly.
