A new bill was just introduced by California state senator A. Portantino that would require "Annual Registration" of "ALL Firearms in the state". The bill is SB-1160 introduced at 9pm on Feb 14. California's way of showing its love on Valentines Day.

Look at the definition of
“(9) PRIVATE PARAMILITARY ORGANIZATION.—The term ‘private paramilitary organization’ means any group of 3 or more persons associating under a command structure for the purpose of functioning in public or training to function in public as a combat, combat support, law enforcement, or security services unit.
How about your church security team?
They clearly want the population disarmed, and that can only be for one reason.

Absolutely unconstitutional!
Number 1 is by very definition a part of being "well regulated" as noted in 2A.
Learning competence in tactics, technique, and keeping equipment in good working order are by definition a personal RIGHT.
