Not able to get Reolink E1 Pro camera to work with BI

In the dropdown select Reolink, then in the 2nd drop down select RTMP. I use several E1 Pros and they work great.

DarkFighter Technology - Street Lanterns too Bright

You might have some success enabling HLC instead of WDR. HLC will automatically adjust the exposure until there are no clusters of pixels without color data (pure white).

Anyone have any info on this camera from "Tuya"?

Tuya is more of a protocol than anything. They make chips that go inside of different devices to give them internet connectivity. The better question is why are you receiving random cameras in the mail? I wouldn't connect it to my network.

Looks like The Hook Up is finally recommending Andy's Cameras?

I thought this video was pretty decent, definitely getting better.

What is C:\ProgramData\Blue Iris\temp used for?

Are you running Deepstack? I think that might be one of the spots that it stores AI analysis snapshots.

The Hookup Getting ripped on his Latest Video about NDAA and how it doesn't impact home owners

Can anyone clarify which cameras would require FCC certification? It seems like the commissioner of the FCC should know better than a YouTuber what he is and is not responsible for.

    Blue Iris w/Annke C800

All these problems are solved by enabling onvif in the annke/hikvision web interface. It is not enabled by default, you will need to check the box and setup a user.

The HookUp ranks the Empiretech T5842 (Dahua IPC-HDW5842T-ZE) as the best affordable camera if night time performance is the main concern

He talks about all that in this video: I was surprised how well the axis performed in this most recent video, I haven't seen much mention of axis on this forum.

Reolink: Deconstruction of a dangerous misleading youtube review "Finding the BEST 4K Security Camera NVR Package (Reolink vs Amcrest vs Swann)"

I follow him on twitter and he has been pretty vocal about the anti spam bots on youtube taking down comments:

Correct, and then 3:25-4:54 was all about the relationship between focal length and DORI. Here's a quote from you: user8963 told me I can access my 12MP cameras from everywhere! It's right in your post above, just read Line 3 word 2 - Line 3 word 23.

I know you said it's not a final install, but definitely bury the edges better, it looks super obviously fake to me there.

Not saying the video is perfect, but there was a whole section explaining the connection of focal length and DORI... did you not watch the video or are you just being purposefully ignorant? Also, looks like that screenshot that you took was recorded from UI3's playback page, so it has been...

DeepStack Temp files growing / not being deleted in the DeepStack Temp folder

Mine appears to be in /windows/temp/Deepstack about 3gb per hour! Edit: I stopped the deepstack server and the folder is still filling up  makes me think it's a blue iris issue and not a deepstack issue.

doesn't the "f" in ppf stand for "face" as in pixels per face?

You guys agree with this guy?

Hey @mat200 can you explain like I'm five? I went into his raw footage video and downloaded the frame from the RLC811A at 40ft. I then took that into photoshop and cropped out his head/face that resulting face picture is 39px x 52px which is 2028 pixels, which seems like a lot more than 100...

Dunno. Just surprised me that the 5442 didn't blow the rest out of the water.

You guys agree with this guy?

I think he said the running test was only 25 feet. Isn't that within the identify range for the 5442? Why were the images so bad?

Looks like that video was posted like last night (timestamp on camera video was July 31st, 10pm). He is specifically showing that everything ISN'T working, right? How did you find that unlisted video? Does anyone have a link to the firmware he was using?
