Deep stack not working out of nowhere.

Looks like that worked. My BI is from last august when it expired. Deep stack was the version from feb 22 but seems like it’s the current version. Wish I knew what happened but all well. Thank you.

Deep stack not working out of nowhere.

I hope this is the right forum. So my system has been just fine since install. Recently added a 4th camera about a month ago and everything worked fine. A few days ago, I noticed I wasn’t getting push alerts. So I checked and there was no alerts in BI at all. The only solution I could find was...

What to expect 2mp vs 4 mp

would you suggest I just move the 2mp by our front door and get a different camera for the driveway? I like the 4K a lot and was reading all the posts. Howbright Are theLEDs? I know I sounds funny butflood light brightness is too bright as it pointsright into the neighbors bedroom window lol.

What to expect 2mp vs 4 mp

So I have the 5442t (4mp 1/1.8”) and a ipc-T3241T-ZAS (2mp 1/2.8”). Both overlook the driveway and I would like to use one more of the overview and the other slightly zoomed down the driveway as people walk up. I understand the 2mp requires less light comparably zoomed In at the same focal...

    Worlds First Review - Dahua - IPC-Color4K-X / DH-IPC-HFW5849T1-ASE-LED - Full Color 4K Camera

I feel like the lights would act as a good deterrent as well as zone control for intruders. If I were to see this on someone’s garage I would approach from the side where I didn’t see it and stay in the shadows. Move low between cars and bushes. Maybe I’m overestimating criminals lol. I would...

    Worlds First Review - Dahua - IPC-Color4K-X / DH-IPC-HFW5849T1-ASE-LED - Full Color 4K Camera

Can I ask a silly question or two? How much would the illumination lighting interfere with a 5442 using IR at night if they both look over a 2 car driveway from opposite corners? I could use BI to havethe cam using IR detect motion at a distance, and activate the lights thencorrect? Also when...

I’m just having a hard time getting blue iris to communicate through the vpn. I use the remote connection wizard and it stalls at the UPNP screen. Okay so I've connected via an openvpn. Is there a port i should use over another that would be less likely to flag as suspicious? Google thought i was a robot when i checked my ip. My router has TAP mode-service type and a line for the port. Should i check off TCP and use port 443? Edit...

HP EliteDesk good to run BI?

If its a matter of spending a little more to get a much better option I'm for it. I would rather overbuild than under build and have to change later. Should i look at an i9 or a newer gen? the 6th gen i7 seems to run almost the same but about $100 bucks more
