When camera turns off send notification?

Hello!

Is there a way to receive notification when my camera turns off? For example when the power turns off? Via email or phone number for example. I need that because where the camera is the power is not rebooting automatically. I just want to know when the power turn off so I will know to go to reboot it. My camera model is Dahua SD59225. Please if you know anything let me know. Thanks!

Just the camera right now. But maybe I will buy NVR if there's option to let me know when the camera turns off. But now I prefer to know if theres any other way without NVR.

In that case it cannot be done within the camera, but you would need to use a ping program or service that pings your camera at set intervals and then notifies you if the ping is unsuccessful.

I know there are some threads here with programs and some scripts some have wrote to do that.
