What Brand model camera do i have

I bought a camera from the garage sale at nellys and i cant figure out what model or brand it is. i would like to find out if there is any newer firmware. or better profile to use on my NVR other the ONVIF

in the web settings it shows
device name: IPC
firmware: 3516D_OV4689_5PTZ_W_[A00016766]_7.1.17.3
software version: 7.1.16.5

it looks like this camera:

That's the Herospeed firmware - widely used on low-cost China cameras, including Longse.
Herospeed Technology Limited

Presumably the label has the model number.
And you may get more info if you query it with ONVIF Device Manager from sourceforge.net

This sticker was on the box too. Shows model LBW605XS400
But no brand or website to get the latest firmware.

OK, so that confirms it's the Longse model you linked to, same model number.

When Herospeed steals firmware IP, they really don't bother changing it much, do they?

I've done a few Herospeed firmware updates with no problem.
But it's your choice what to do, if anything.
Why not ask Nelly's for their view, as that's where you purchased the device.?

I tried Nelly’s first. It was a garage sale item and they couldn’t tell me anything about it. They said it may have been a demo unit they where sent at one time it’s not a model they stock.

Lol! Yes, it certainly has the Hikvision 'look and feel'.
But at least they have changed the logon page, which closely copied the style of Hikvision.

Both these attempts suggest the firmware doesn't match.
