Courtesy of our friends at Ring, we have a wifi camera catching the potential perps walking thru the neighborhood scoping it out.

They look up at the camera and say "f that camera we have face masks for when we come back tonight"

Then when they move, the wifi can't keep up and you get a pixelated mess:

And this is why we say to stay away from wifi cameras. Not much of this is useful except for the audio. But middle of the day and the images just don't cut it.

I think that Cam needs to be mounted at least 10 ft higher. /snark

Another video courtesy of our friends at Ring.

This property owner was smart enough to get it closer to vehicle by placing the camera in the tree; unfortunately, the wifi couldn't keep up and dropped the resolution way down.

Last time we had a NEXTDOOR.COm post for a suspicious mailbox checker it turned out to be the guy who delivers the weekly or Monthly city paper of Ads. Suspicious black rusty Silverado.
It might technically be illegal for him to deliver it to people's mailboxes.

He was stopping at the mailboxes and stuffing them in the plastic box underneath. There so many clueless dingbats with no common sense posting their ignorance on Nextdoor around here. " Did you hear the Sirens on Foley Blvd? I t sounded like a lot! I wonder what happened?"OMG
Then 4 either smart alec or equally goofy replies.
