Sending videos

What is the best way to send multiple videos to police.
I attempted to send some by gmail and an error message appeared: Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain and The error that the other server returned was:
552 5.2.3 Message exceeds local size limit.

The gmail sending limit is 25mb or so...you need to use a file upload service or something like drop box..

I use dropbox and email the pd a link or burn off onto DVD if I'm local
