Sanity Check - Better cameras, IR Illuminators or tweak Blue Iris?

I would leave it in day mode...you dont have to worry about ir washout and colors can be extremely helpfull

Any idea what setting might be causing the pixelation on the video? (Look at my face in the beginning)

Perhaps Gain or DNR setting?, but frankly that forced color footage looks pretty damn good to me.
