PTZ fails after firmware update

Я извиняюсь, а выгрузить конфиг это как?)

Исправил конфиг для выбора нужного разрешения видео и выложил на сайте, скачайте прошивку, после обновления сбросте к заводу и заново настройте камеру

нет, снапшот только в субпотоке
p.s исправить можно но работать не будет наверняка

да заливай General_IPC_XM550_50X50-WG_WIFIXM713G_AF.713g.Nat.dss.OnvifS_V5.00.R02.20211208_all.bin тоже самое в общем

в старых прошивках такой трюк удавался в новых похерили, не думаю что эта камера исключение

в принципе все просто, делаю как на картинке. но не хочет выгружать файл конфигурации. странно. открываю, выбираю место для сохранения, нажимаю ок. и ничего. и файла нету... странно. сейчас буду пробовать ваш скачаю

все проверил. поставил. фактори ресет полный. настроил. тепер все работает!))) ура) ONVIF работает, зум работает потоки есть все. Но есть снова один нюанс. пробую поставить адрес камере в другой подсети, не хочет сохранять. отключаю DHCP , а оно все равно его держит в нулевой сети. ставлю ему адрес 192.168.110.77, а оно его кидает на 192,168,0,2. очень странно. поиграюсь сейчас еще с этим. ( я не первый раз это делаю и вряд ли я забыл где то галочку снять)

нет.... к сожалению.... уже 2 часа долбаюсь с ней... ставлю DHCP и даже если включаю в другую сеть (192,168,1,1) она присваивает себе адрес 192,168,0,2. Кроме 0 не хочет присваивать. ставлю вручную без DHCP 192,168,1,14, а она зараза ставит себе 192,168,0,2. и хоть ты тресни. ставлю DHCP и включаю в нулевую сеть тогда присваивает 192,168,0,80. Это просто пздц какой то....

Здравствуйте, может кто помочь в поиске прошивки для камеры Sectec st-ipptz-270-5m-30x-xm-4g, на сайте производителя написано что в ней стоит процессор XM550AI, но в программе XMeye пишется что версия устройства xm530, у камеры после обновления перестала работать ИК подсветка. Заранее спасибо.

Upgrade this firmware

camera was working fine except the onvif so I upgraded to this version:IPC_XM550_50X50-WG_WIFIXM713G_TB_AF.713g.Nat.dss_V5.00.R02.20221207_all(1) (2). Everything came out pink, it doesn't show the micro SD or move the PTZ. Help do I need to revert to the original firmware or downgrade? Here is the description of the camera:

Guys, some help..
Explaining the madness: my Chinese IPC has the XM530 chip but the firmware installed and the update made are from the XM550 version.
I decided to update because the manual focus doesn't work and at night, everything is blurred.

This file below, made my manual focus come back, but I run out of RTSP, which I need: "General_IPC_XM550_R80X50-PQ_WIFIXM713G_AF.713g.Nat.dss.OnvifS.HIK_V5.00.R02.20210626_all.bin"

This file below, stopped my zoom and focus: "Alarmsystem_IPC_XM550_R80X50-PQ_WIFIXM713G_AF.713g.Nat.dss.OnvifS.HIK_V5.00.R02.20210626_all.bin"

So I tried reverting with old XM550, which caused Manual Focus to stop again. I updated again with another XM550 and the manual focus came back, without RTSP.
Finally I found the correct XM530 from the IPC chip but I brick my firmware. I thought I was right to resolve all errors, but no.
Can anyone help me get the camera working again? thanks

In the icsee app I see that it has been updated to a version of the camera that supports zoom but mine doesn't and flashes the LEDs at night. Trying to repair I upgraded to another one that left my camera without access to search to connect to it by ipv4 or nearby camera, it only shows the night LEDs and does not record anything on the sd.
It's practically brick-and-mortar. wrong firmware that I did connect:
Alarmsystem_IPC_XM530_R80X20-PQ_WIFIXM711.711.Nat.dss.OnvifS_V5.00.R02.20200411_all-new1.
Firmware that left no access to the camera: IPC_XM550_50X50-WG_WIFIXM713G_TB_AF.713g.Nat.dss_V5.00.R02.20221207_all

Hello !
-I have since disassembled the camera and connected via serial port (USB-TTL).
When booting is stopped at startup (CTR+C), it unfortunately asks for a password.
None of the passwords I found online work. That I should pass the password to be able to give instructions.
(Camera tries to restart every minute)
-I copied the contents of the Flash (MX25L6433F) as well as the contents of Flash from another good camera.
-I found a live LAN address that I can ping (192.168.7.174), but I can't use it for anything else (e.g. TFTP)
