Explaining the madness: my Chinese IPC has the XM530 chip but the firmware installed and the update made are from the XM550 version.
I decided to update because the manual focus doesn't work and at night, everything is blurred.

This file below, made my manual focus come back, but I run out of RTSP, which I need: "General_IPC_XM550_R80X50-PQ_WIFIXM713G_AF.713g.Nat.dss.OnvifS.HIK_V5.00.R02.20210626_all.bin"

This file below, stopped my zoom and focus: "Alarmsystem_IPC_XM550_R80X50-PQ_WIFIXM713G_AF.713g.Nat.dss.OnvifS.HIK_V5.00.R02.20210626_all.bin"

So I tried reverting with old XM550, which caused Manual Focus to stop again. I updated again with another XM550 and the manual focus came back, without RTSP.
Finally I found the correct XM530 from the IPC chip but I brick my firmware. I thought I was right to resolve all errors, but no.
Can anyone help me get the camera working again? thanks

hello everyone
can you please help me with my new cam, my only mistake was updating the Firmware right after installing it by minute , now the cam is not booting and the ip in my lan is appearing but not running on any CMS / VMS !! . after scanning the open ports i found only 12901 and 10387 are open !! all details are in the below snapshot which i took becuase i felt that the upgrade will not go smoothly via the Icsee app for some reason !!

The camera: XM-PT-827-80W. I have several such cameras.
One of the IP cameras stopped during the update, so the update was not completed.
The camera won't start and I can't communicate with it. Using the reset button does not help.
I updated on my mobile, but the installation was interrupted after 15 minutes.(Not a power outage.I waited patiently).
After that, the camera will not start.
The camera does not turn on, the lights do not flash when the power is connected!
I can't communicate with the camera. Only the LED of the Ethernet connector
lights up, but communication does not work here either.

Any chance to recover camera after bad flash firmware?

I know, that the password is to 100 % right.
The username admin and the password can not be changed.

so i use i firmaware from alarmsystem.ru.

now the cam works fine but i can not access from webui or icsee app... it askes for password.
does any one now the password for accessing the cam.

also tried the reset tool but no sucess.
