Hi, i had the same problem. ONVIF does not work in firmware with date 20220217. After a long search, I found a link to 2 functional firmware:
20210708 -
20210430 -
(firmware 20210708 can load saved PTZ position after restart (DeviceCFG / System / PTZ Config) )

Hello, I have read the thread. I also need this firmware ipcam v5.00.r02.000559cd, reinstall the original and ptz does not work.
Does anyone have the one from that link?
I have a NG4RT-42718, at least that is what it says on a sticky lable, bought as "Speed Mini Dome Camera PTZ 30x", ebay seller long since deceased!
Until yesterday it was stuck repeating a Tour continuously, with no way of stopping it, except dissing the power. On installation, everything seemed to function normally untill I clicked the "Start Tour" button, Delete Tour, Stop Tour and Delete Preset. did not work. I tried XMEye but this had no effect.
Now it seems to have developed a new problem. I cannot connect to it.
Using CMS, "IP Search" finds it but "Add Device" fails with "Can;t find device" and "Edit" fails with "Save config to device failed"
Today, I am on a different ip address. However, I have set my laptop to the old address and directly connected to the camera but the results are the same.
So it seems that before anything else I need a "Reset to factory" button. Anybody know where this is? There is no RS485 connector or reset wire.
I am a newbie here, I can see that my problem has moved "off topic" so will understand if this gets redirected.

Just spent a couple of hours disinfecting my PC after trying to download XMeye for PC from xmeye.com. Stay away - "There be dragons here!"
Now I have VMS and DeviceManage from xmeye.org. Seems much bettter than CMS but I still have all the problems described above. I have not been able to factory reset, so "Password Failed" or "Config Save Failed" whatever I do.
Could somebody please explain which app it is that has the factory reset facility?

IP-PT camera after upgrade.
The camera: XM-PT-827-80W. I have several such cameras.
One of the IP cameras stopped during the update, so the update was not completed.
The camera won't start and I can't communicate with it. Using the reset button does not help.
I updated on my mobile, but the installation was interrupted after 15 minutes.(Not a power outage.I waited patiently).
After that, the camera will not start.
The camera does not turn on, the lights do not flash when the power is connected!
I can't communicate with the camera. Only the LED of the Ethernet connector
lights up, but communication does not work here either.
Any chance to recover camera after bad flash firmware?
