No Video Export Controls from NVR5216-16P-4KS2E Web Interface...

Hey everyone!

Using the web interface on a DHI-NVR5216-16P-4KS2E on the latest V4.002.0000000.7.R (Build Date: 2024-07-1) firmware (w/reported Web version V3.2.7.147280), I do not have any video export controls, unlike what is seen on YouTube videos and instructions online. Please see the attached to.



Does anyone have any idea?

Are you using IE? Some of the things don't show up on other browsers.

There is ALWAYS something that doesn't work correctly or at all if I don't use Internet Explorer and exporting videos in the .mp4 format is one of them.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say your picture is from Google Chrome . . . see my picture below if I use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer:

Hi everyone! Thanks for the prompt replies, and yes, I was attempting to use (latest) Firefox ESR 115 and Chrome 126... Rather unfortunate but that's all certain controlled systems will allow.

I have been lurking around before signing up and posting in desperation, but apparently missed this despite attempting to search.

Grateful for the help and pointers! Now looking for a way to get IE or IE alternatives that work on these locked-down systems...

Edge in IE mode works for most but not all of those type of missing controls
