Hi all, I'm one of 3 partners that started a wireless internet company because we live in a rural area and our internet sucks. We have set up several repeaters to broadcast our service and have set up one solar repeater and are about to set up another. At the new site we are worried about vandals so we are looking into a ip cam but are having trouble finding one that will fits our need.
What we need is one that has PTZ, two way audio, ir, motion sensing alert, and 12v. Being that we are a new company we are working on a budget so we're looking for one around $100.
Any advice would really help, if we can find one that fits our budget we will buy two, the other would be for the first site to check on the wind turbine and for viewing.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum!
You cannot buy a quality ptz camera on your budget. PTZ is useless for most security applications...its not like you will monitor the camera 24/7.Consider a fixed camera like the hikvsion 2132F-IS - (must have the F-IS designation)
You will need to add your own mic and powered speaker...
