Hikvision Deactivating on Reboot

I have 5 hikvision cameras, and the most recent one I purchased deactivates every time I reboot. It doesn't retain any settings. I assume it's hardware, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had the same issue. After the reboot, I have to go through the activation process again. I've tried upgrading the firmware to the latest with no luck.

If somehow the reset button was always active, this would be the result, reset to defaults at power on / reboot.
It might be worth checking if it is stuck on.
I'm presuming it's at the back of the bullet body, like a 2032.

O...M...G.... I laughed a bit when I saw your response, but sure enough, he reset button was stuck under the housing. I used a tiny screwdriver to fish it out. Works perfectly now. Spent an hour trying everything else, never thought that it might be a hardware problem. Thank you so much!
