here is a main panel repair just completed in the hi desert. renters were growers and did a power tap pre meter . they cut the bedroom wall open exposing the pipe between the weather head and the main panel. surgically cut the pipe open and tapped onto the main feed. after the tap they were able to put electrical tape and a plastic sleeve on. they ran #4 exposed wire through the house to the garage. they were pulling so much power it melted the wires just below the weather head. 240v Amazing.

That's terrible placement for the toilet paper, it's not very easy to reach. They should have installed the holder here:

It's also worth noting that by putting the return air in the bathroom, there's no need for an exhaust vent...Pretty clever planning...Just sayin'...
