I wouldn't count on it. I believe it needs a different chipset.

How did you get it to work?

I clicked the link and tried copy and paste as well but i keep getting the same error you did.

Hover the mouse to the top of the category group and a hyper link will display that has the path and the file name. Totally counterintuitive.

I have the NVR8CH-8P-2AI. Will update the firmware soon but in case the update breaks things is it possible to roll back to the original firmware being used which is: System Version: V4.000.0000000.1.R, Build Date: 2023/04/27

Where is this documented? How do I configure this new feature? The cam ai follows the target, but where do I replay the ePTZ specificly? The main stream being recorded shows activity, but where is this ai tracked person recorded? How can I replay both entire image and the ePTZ targeted area?

I will have a new video on latest New AI NVR with the aucpick and the ePTZ function, hopefully next week can release the video, a long one , need some edit to make it perfect.
