Hi,
I have a Dahua dh-xvr1a04. Someone trying to help me setting it up, messed the password. He is not remembering the password he choosed, therefore I am not being able to log in into the system.
In order to reset the password I tried:
1. All kind of apps that are supposed to generate a temporary pass based on date or sn. Those temp passwords are not working.
2. The mainboard doesn't have a hard reset switch on its mainboard.
3. Removing and reinserting the battery only resets the date and time.
4. Using the qr code from forgotten password option is not getting me a temporary password from dahua support service by email.
Do you have any idea about what should I do in order to reset the password?
