Cant get Deepstacks to recognize anything

Yup, He hooked me up with alot of stress and frustration! Plus his video is on an older version of BI and some options have changed.

Is there a guide somewhere on creating models?

You could try the "combined" model from @MikeLud1 and see if it improves accuracy for you. You can download it from here.

I've never had any issues with motion detection or deepstack object recognition with any of my 5 Reolink cameras. I do have to set the pre-recording buffer to a lot longer given the longer interval between i-frames if I don't want to miss the beginning of motion events. Other than that, motion and deepstack detection is just as good on my Reolinks as they are on my $3500 Hikvisions.

Don't get me wrong, Reolink is a crappy crappy brand with awful support, outdated and buggy software.
