Blue email support

It can be minutes to days depending on the question.

Sometimes if it is an easy fix they may just push out an update.

If you don't use the correct procedure, he may never see your email.
 
Did you use the proforma that is generated from within the app when sending the email?
no just sent email, I remote into that machine and update and so on . my account info is not on that machine
