Audio from Logitech Alert Cameras

Having a lot of fun customizing Blue Iris to give me want I want with my 11 Logitech Alert Cameras. So far I have not been able to get any sound from them with Blue Iris. I have searched this forum and two others, but have found no help. I even sent a request for info to support@bluririssoftware.com with no response. Does anyone know if these cameras can deliver the audio to Blue Iris as they do to their native Logitech Commander software?

Yes you should be getting audio...post a screenshot of your video>configure page...

ok, post images of your camera properties audio tab as well as the blue iris options audio tab.

In blue iris options change the output to not specified.

Feeling kind-a dumb this am.... found that if you replay video clips a double speed, that there is no sound!!!

No it is not available when playing at anything greater than 1x...you can email support and ask him to implement it..another option is to record to mp4 then use vlc or something to speed it up, but that its a huge pain....
