So updated cam to 5.4.41 version. this is latest version? On chiense cams I have 5.4.5 version so Can I isntall 5.4.41 version to chinese cams (DS-2CD2132-I ) too?

Installed version is 5.2 and I updated to 5.4.5 which downloaded above link. Update fails so which version i can try in stages?

Can't upgrade. After upgrade started I was unable to use cam from web interface But was able to see video in ivms 4200 and also in sadp tools. Restarted cam and now I am able to enter from web but still have 5.2 firmware. Can I use this tutorial for this situation? R0 / DS-2CD2x32 BrickfixV2...

OK so leaving now as is. If hikvision will release for example 5.5 or 5.4.6 version can I upgrade cam directly from menu > configuration > maintenance and upgrade from file? Or I should do if from telnet again what I done several minutes ago to avoid brick cam?

As i said I have directlly connected cam and additional psu for cam. renamed brickfixcn file to digicap.dav file. Manually assigned ip address to pc 192.0.0.128 and can ping 192.0.0.64 running tftpserv.exe and only see this massage: tftp server 192.0.0.128 initialized. after this nothing...

Thanks and before starting to convert cn to en i have one question. My cam is not briked it is normally functional but interface is chinese. So i can start convertation procedure after camera is on and directly connected with cable to pc or I should enter camera recovery mode or something else...

I'll check and btw how Chinese hikvision cams made? it's original but for china market only and than making custom ENG firmwares or making this cams in the backyard?

After this procedure (convert the camera from CN to EN) I can use original hikvison firmware upgrades without issue or any time must do this?
