Hi

I have Hikvision DS-2CD2132-I 4mm Cam and which firmware Can I use to upgrade this 5.2 version to 5.4.5.

Also Can I update this Model (CCWR) directly from upgrade menu or I should use updater like chinese to english? Thanks

Yes, that should work OK - if it truly is an EN camera as the screenshot suggests.

Can't upgrade. After upgrade started I was unable to use cam from web interface But was able to see video in ivms 4200 and also in sadp tools. Restarted cam and now I am able to enter from web but still have 5.2 firmware.

Can I use this tutorial for this situation? R0 / DS-2CD2x32 BrickfixV2 brick recovery and full upgrade tool - enhanced.

Did you try the update incrementally, not just a single step?

That should work - but shouldn't be necessary if the device is not a Chinese camera running hacked firmware.

Installed version is 5.2 and I updated to 5.4.5 which downloaded above link. Update fails so which version i can try in stages?
