Out of memory error?
Interesting, I just tried this for my New folder and I use Alerts. BI automagically created subfolders in the Alerts folder as well using the path configuration for New. -

I'm seeing this too with UI3, seems to affect Chrome and Edge, on both PC and Android. If you pause and unpause the playback, the audio works. Very odd bug. Doesn't affect BI console itself for me. -

3.0.25 working great on my Pixel 5, they finally fixed the audio issue. Running BI 5.4.3.12. -

Definitely not getting 100%, but in my usage case, the detection reliability is high enough that I'm happy with it. I'm in an urban environment with lots of ambient light and I have motion activated security lights as well, so it's actually pretty good for detection. It's going to be different...- kklee

This is why I went with AI. I only get notifications for people setting foot on my property. Otherwise, it's still useful to have triggered captures to be able to check on things, like when those ^%$@#% racoons show up and crap by the side of the house. In my usage case, it was a simple swap and I've found Deepstack to be better with regards to false alerts. No tuning required for what I want out of it. The hardest part was going into each camera config to change the AI setting to Deepstack instead of Sentry.- kklee

I've switched over to Deepstack from Sentry. Sentry tended to give a lot of false alerts since you can't tune anything. Deepstack is tuneable, and I expect that the BI developer will continue to improve the integration and tuning abilities. I won't be renewing my Sentry sub, which is expiring...- kklee

I gave up on the people detection for the same reason, kept triggering on cars passing through frame outside of the defined detection area. BI + Deepstack does a way better job. -

DB1 not ringing chime
The power rating of that transformer is too low. From the EZVIZ DB1 product page: The input voltage for DB1 is 12~24VAC, to work with chime, please use at least 12vac,1 Amp adapter/transformer. I ended up having to go to a 16VAC 30VA transformer for my chime to work reliably. -

Mobile app notification only vibrates but no sound
Make sure you submit feedback via the app so support knows about it. I've been working with support on a different audio issue, can't turn on audio on live or playback unless the camera is in a group. -

Swarm of insects or fine mist
I ran into this last summer when there were forest fires in the area. Lots of particulate in the air which happened to collect and swirl around in front of one particular camera. Increasing the trigger time helped a little, but the thing that worked the best was to disable IR on the camera... -
Are domes that bad for outdoor?
Yep, had this happen to me once, kept fogging up inside overnight and I had to replace the dessicant pack to fix it. I've now switched the domes to eyeballs, no issues and it's also much easier to aim a turret camera. -

After lowering the sensitivity one notch lower than default, the human detection seems to have improved. It's definitely ignoring the area outside of the painted area now and triggering correctly.
