    I am also using IE, Huisun Mini PTZ (10x) Under presets:- Set 85 Call 65 (twice, also tried 4 times) ...but nothing happens.

    I never had this problem on version 1, using default setting. However, purchased a V2 x10 POE model and the default night time viewing is too dark,... any reasons why?

    Reset Huisun

    OK, solved it by Hikvision SADP program. clicked on forgot password. entered security code: 12345 It has now reset my user and password to : admin admin Access level changed from OPERATOR to ADMINISTRATOR.
