Mini PTZ V2 too dark? Night IR

I never had this problem on version 1, using default setting.


However, purchased a V2 x10 POE model and the default night time viewing is too dark,... any reasons why?

it's an issue in x4, but x10 should great at night, of course it really depends on what are you trying to reach. Also, using Preset 95 make sure you are have IR power configured to 10

I set IR to

Near 10
Far 10

Is that OK ?
