    I am also using IE, Huisun Mini PTZ (10x) Under presets:- Set 85 Call 65 (twice, also tried 4 times) ...but nothing happens.

    I never had this problem on version 1, using default setting. However, purchased a V2 x10 POE model and the default night time viewing is too dark,... any reasons why?

    OK, solved it by Hikvision SADP program. clicked on forgot password. entered security code: 12345 It has now reset my user and password to : admin admin Access level changed from OPERATOR to ADMINISTRATOR.

    I need a junction box to hide the cables for my huisun mini ptz ip camera. I prefer to have the camera directly screwed to the junction box if possible.
