All that means is the PTZ won't start moving and tracking while you are editing that preset.I am new to the AI and IVS features on this camera. Trying to understand the function of the count down timer and the lock/unlock icon?

OK Thank you!All that means is the PTZ won't start moving and tracking while you are editing that preset.
Nothing worse than start to change a setting and then the field of view changes LOL
Did someone notice when the ptz do the "auto flip" the calibration somehow get resetted?Auto flip means someone is approaching the camera and it is tracking them and then they walk under the camera and continue walking behind the camera - the image will flip so that they are not walking upside down as the lens sweeps from front to back while tracking them.
But it does not keep it from returning to home. I have found it pretty useless while adjusting my tripwires. I will be mid adjust at a preset and it will return home.I am new to the AI and IVS features on this camera. Trying to understand the function of the count down timer and the lock/unlock icon?

Can you post the video clip?
Comes back on google lens as possible Ir sensor holder or fuse cover.Someone knows what this could be ?
Looks like a optical sensor or something..
It was flying around in the camera ?

Did you figure out how to change the profile via api ?It's a messy hack emulating the web interface with some Python code. It would not be intuitive for the average user to set up. So let's hope Dahua comes through with changes to the HTTP API.

For sure, I just wanted to see if anybody did it before I tried with mine lolThat would depend on the scene and how much ambient light is present. ANY camera can be run in color at night with enough white light
