Wrong password ?

Hello there,
Some days ago, I installed my Hikvision dating from 2015.
Everything is ok
Since, I tried to login in the administrator interface (camera IP address) but now, it says "wrong password". And I'm absolutely sure it's the right password
Can anyone please help me with this trouble ? Thanks
 
Did you leave UPNP, NAT, and/or 'hik-connect' cloud service enabled?
If so, your cam may have been hacked...

What model of camera?

It may have a reset button on the outside, or the inside.
find the button and hold it in while powering up the cam for 30 seconds.
That will reset the camera to factory and either restore the default password
or put the cam back in the in-activated state ready for a new password...

It's a DS-2CD2132F with Hik-connect enabled to watch images from my smartphone
How can I be sure it's been hacked please ?
 
If you can't guess the password, you'll need to reset it. the 2132 has a button under the dome for that.
 
can you please tell me which firmware stops this threat ? thanks
I read on the Internet it's on 5.5 and above : is this right ? thanks
