I've come across a good deal on a dell desktop that has window 10 x64 home edition installed on it.
Are there any limitations or concerns when using this OS for Blue Iris 5?

AFIK, just no Windows RDP like provided with Pro but you can use another remote access program.
Thank you for this feedback. It is appreciated.

I'm ok
Won 10 home is fine.
They disable a couple things usually used for commercial installations.
Or should I say they disable them so companies have to pay the extra!

Use Tight VNC or something like it for running headless, and you won't need any of the domain stuff.

ah yes, thank you for this tip. Tight VNC would a good option to utilize for remote access.

If it’s a Dell corporate laptop then chances are that you might be able to install Pro on it and it will hopefully activate.
