Will a Dahua IPC-T5442T-ZE send push notifications without an NVR or computer software like Blue Iris?

I know this is probably an incredibly stupid question…but will a Dahua IPC-T5442T-ZE powered by POE via a dumb POE switch (and a router connected to the internet) send push notifications (people/vehicle) and live stream to an iPhone via the DMSS app? Or does the IPC-T5442T-ZE require an NVR or computer to send the push notifications to an iPhone?

You should be able to download whatever app dahua uses and set up push through there if it has a provision. You should not require an nvr or software
