I'm about to start using the Dahua product and I want to hear from you guys about this brand, in regards Tech Support, RMA, reliability, pricing. I'll start with a little house installation with model N41B1P.
There's no Dahua Tech Support?Your not going to get tech support or warranty from Dahua. However, if you buy from @EMPIRETECANDY you will get a warranty and you can use this forum for tech support.

When I do Institutional installs, I get the my gear from USA authorized dealers and they offer 3 years support and can call Dahua USA themselves for support, they just want the S/N to make sure it not from overseas or from a unauthorized seller.There's no Dahua Tech Support?

If You buy it from Andy, you will get support from him and everybody here also. Chances are your issues will have been hashed over here numerous times. IPCT is also selling cams and you cannot go wrong with those cams either. The reviews are looking pretty good. However If you buy from Amazon no name seller, chances are you will not get support at all.So if i buy my equipment at Amazon, i won't get support?

I don't want to have problems with the RMA or support.I am a surveillance camera newbie and with the help of this forum, I have 6 Dahua Cameras running on my home system and 3 more going in this week. Once you get the small things figured out adding new cameras is really easy. I found answers to 90% of my questions by reading other postings and a few of them were answered directly from members here. I purchase all 9 cameras from @EMPIRETECANDY and he has been great to deal with.
