What camera do you recommend to dark area, B5442 it not working good at night

I have installed B5442 Dahua camera, but image in night is bad. I tryed B/W nothing cant be seen, also turning off IR didnt help. Using IR there is not working smart IR and IR is too much concentrated on one place...changing shutter didnt helped...

Is any way to get here better image, or do you recommend camera with white LED?

You can try a separate light or IR light to assist.

Thanks, was thinking of that. I would like to have color image in night, which light do you recommend? or is better to go with external IR?

For color, ir won't work. You need white light for that. To get color image, you need to have a light source, light street light nearby, for example.

What are you trying to capture ? The camera is way to high for a security camera. Mount camera no higher than 7 ft. Test the camera at night with a person walking by with a hoodie on, can you identify them?

What is you lens size ?
