Weird issue with NVR

I have an NVR N1016N no name brand XMEye recorder.
NBD8008R-PL. Software ver. V4.03.R11 345002.12001.130000.0000000
I have 7 cameras through network including the DB2 set up on it Onvif .
All cams record, PTZ’s functions, mobile view, rarely ever have an issue, everything functions accept that on the attached monitor, I have two cameras that will only display live one or the other in multi cam view.
As in, if I reboot it, I get 6 cameras in live view. If I click on the one with an X on it it pulls up
fine in full screen.
Then going back to multi-view it shows the one I just clicked on, but the other goes away and shows an X. This goes back and fort, and can never get both to show in multi view. This only on two particular cameras, different brands. All other cameras show 100% of the time.

I don't suppose they have the same IP address?
Is that something you've checked?

Yes, different IP,s for every camera, other wise they would not show up at when I search to add, cameras.
I’ve gone as far as change ports, which many of them use the same,
80, 8080 for http mostly, other ports are used
