Walk about wifi camera?

New to this. If I am in a Skype conversation, camera on, is there the ability to take the camera, put on headband, walk around house, and outside, and through the house WiFi, be sending images and voice to the computer, to the Skype connection? If so, what hardware to do this?
 
Are you saying that the app on the smartphone will connect to the PC Skype conversation, or are you saying that this is a Smartphone only app, and that everyone will need to be using the smartphone?
 
Skype exists on smartphone and tablet too so if you need to regularly "move" during a call you'd better use them instead of a PC this is the simplest way
