Hi. I have a Vivotek NVR ND8322P.

I have severals cameras connected but i have an issue with one cam: HIK Vision DS-2cd2732F-IS

On the live view on the NVR i can only see 705x576 - but on the app, for instance, i can choose 705x576 OR 2048x576 ... Why can i not choose that on the NVR?

Thanks.

Best regards Brian

Welcome Brian,

I see this was your first post and wanted to welcome you here. I'm still learning so I am not certain of a suggestion for you, except to search the site a bit and see if someone else had a similar issue.

On a Hikvision NVR, and maybe also on your Vivotek NVR, in multi-camera Live View the individual cameras by default show the substream, unless main stream is selected via the stream selector in the camera list down the left. Do you have that selector?
On single-camera Live View, the main stream is the default on the Hikvision NVR. What do you get on that view on your Vivotek NVR?

This function in the multi cell mode. In this mode NVR conected to the substream from camera. When you open camera to full screen NVR will select main stream and you will see real resolutoin. But for recording used main stream or you can select stream for recording.
