VDOO discloses Foscam and Axis vulnerabilities

To the best of our knowledge, these vulnerabilities were not exploited in the field, and therefore, did not lead to any concrete privacy violation or security threat to Foscam customers. The Foscam team acted promptly to patch these vulnerabilities and push them to the vulnerable products.

It sounds like they have been influenced by Foscam's PR response.
It's not possible to determine if the vulnerabilities have been exploited.
And, to my knowledge, Foscam don't 'push' updates, it's a misleading statement giving a false sense of security.
