My old home state of PA takes the cake in sheer stupidity. Prove me wrong

First they elect an obvious vegetable to the Senate, then they elect a dead guy.

(Thank you Dad for getting us out of that shithole and to Texas way back in 1977)

I’ve said before that the free shit army has grown to a point where socialism is almost assured. The country is lost, it’s simply a matter of how long it takes to fully implode.

Liberals can’t be reasoned with using facts or data. They will suffer like the boiling frogs until it’s too late and scream for help only after they find they can’t put food on the table, and then even in control, they’ll blame conservatives.

Critical thinking is simply not in their DNA. Only immediate gratification.

They will ultimately win. The numbers are simply too great to overcome. I can only hope I’m still alive to laugh at them and spit in their face when they realize they hung themselves.
You said it.

Oz just conceded to Fetterman, looks like Oz will have to go back to selling his remaining supply of "Carters Little Liver Pills"...

Someone mentioned that Ted "Ferret Face" Cruz got hit with a beer can. I agree this was totally inappropriate....should have been a large pie.

This country is only going to go further in debt, inflation will continue
Do you think that's only going to happen if democrats have control? Sorry, Trump and republicans added about 7 trillion to the debt in 4 years. Republicans and democrats are polar opposites during campaign season, but identical twins once elected.

NEITHER PARTY engages in fiscal responsibility any more. Trump started the COVID stimulus bullshit (which should be an asterisk in your 7T figure)....but even with that removed spending was bad. Now the dumb fucker in chief has his awesome little proxy war in Ukraine.... and how much of that is going elsewhere (maybe some for the "big guy"?), and WHY in the F isn't the EU funding that whole goddam thing? Answer: Biden is afraid to tell them to-- easier to just write another fucking check than to tell them to pony up some major bucks unless for that. Why the Fuck are WE tasked with paying everything in the fucking world?

This is a variation of something I think I've quoted here before. Back in the 80's I heard a radio interview with a Republican (most of which were still fairly Moderate compared to now...), who said something to the effect of "They run for Congress with the intent of "draining the swamp". Once they're in...they think its a Jacuzzi." And yes, both parties.

No argument there. Of course there are a few exceptions, but essentially they’re all in the same club.

Fortunately I’m close to retirement and am in the process of stashing my pile in various places to try and keep some when they come to steal it.

Sit back with a glass of good bourbon and watch the implosion.

Stay pickled!

Here in Iowa we had a red sweep. Likely all 4 house seats will now be red, and Governor and Senator stayed Red. Plus flipped some long time Blue guys in Treasurer, AG, and others.

My county attorney is a new blue person, and she sounds nuttier than squirrel poop. But all in all, a good night for us.

Just to clarify, it is the Left that departed from the center...

Now we need to figure out how to coexist with wokism.

Like Joseph McCarthy once said, “Good night and good luck”.

I woke up this morning thinking it was going to be a good day…saw the headlines and results with 99% of the votes reported and I said to myself WHAT THE F$&K?
