Transparent video

In the video, can anyone tell me why anyone that walks across the camera looks transparent? Is this a camera issue or a setting issue? Or is it just as good as the camera can do?
All bought from Andy, (which by the way is the only one to buy from)

The figures are quite distant and small - but that looks to me more like a motion blur problem. And maybe a liitle too much noise reduction.

As @bigredfish suggested, the exposure settings will be key to any useful responses.

What's your exposure setting? To get motion without blurring (ghosting) you need 1/60 or 1/100. Auto just won't work at night especially. It's a balancing act if IR, brightness, contrast, gamma, back lighting and noise reduction along with exposure.

Yeah - auto exposure will never work at night unless you have a ton of ambient light.

That is a great camera and just needs to be dialed in.
