The red thing? Yeah, was wondering that myself. A seat? A collapsed propane tank? IDK...poor bastard.
Its a propane or LNG/CNG tank stored under 3000psi of pressure. Which is about 20 times more then a regular air compressor tank.
Those hydrogen powered cars being pushed by the Japanese makers have hydrogen filled at 10000psi and is extremely flammable, just pray you are not near it when some one in a hydrogen car crashes
