The sequence starting at 5:45 is amazing. Dozens of surveillance and dash cams pieced together to show a massive accident. How is it he couldn't use engine braking to slow down???

The stupidity of Kalifornia on display for all to see. These labels are everywhere-- to the point that nobody pays attention to them or reads them any longer, nor does it change anyone's behavior. It just adds extra costs to everything.
