TFTP Hikvision not working

Hello,

i have a problem to import firmware to DVR DS-7108HQHI-F1/N with TFTP. I'm working with TFTP past years, but last year with Win10 I cannot connect using TFTP. Only says that is connected but not continuing to upload. With and without serial connection is the same problem.

nothing more

I tried with few more dvr's ipcam's nvr's, older and newer all the same. Firewall, antivirus, defender is turned off. I use switch and fix lan ip address 192.0.0.128. Reinstall of OS didnt help

What you've described indicates that you have configured the requirements correctly - and that the PC is the cause of the problem as it shows with multiple devices.
You have the PC on a switch, which is good. Does the LAN connection automatically disable any WiFi if it exists, if so, is it disabled?

My suggestion would be to try with a different PC, ideally with Win7.
Or if none available - maybe install wireshark and capture the traffic seen by the PC when the DVR is powered on, see if it provides any clues.
