Election Day is called Election Day for a reason. Absentee voting is fine in my book if you have a valid excuse. And “not wanting to wait in line” is not a valid excuse.

Those who truly care about their country I feel will have no problem waiting a hour or two. I feel the long lines will detour the uninformed, and the drive by media sheep.

I also believe that you need to be a tax payer and land owner to have the privilege to vote. Unless you are disabled, if you aren’t working and contributing to society, you don’t vote.

And if you own property in a area away from your precinct, you have the right to vote on milage’s that come up. There is that “old” Taxation Without Representation “thing”
