Running into a very strange issue with two new SV3C PoE (B01POE-3MPL-A) cams. I've set up many other models and brands of cams with port forwarding etc with no trouble for years.... but this is the first time I've ran into this: Everything works find inside the network - but outside the network, I can access the camera login/settings, but no video. Blue Iris can Find/inspect and loads all settings, but no video (Error:8000274c). Port Forward settings are the same as all the other cams that work fine inside and out. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Not advocating the process here but which specific ports are you forwarding?

Also, can you post a screenshot of the BI camera video "configuration" page showing the URL and ports?

I have BI on 2 computers - 1 inside the network and 1 outside the network.
These are the settings on both with the exception of the IP.
Also attached is the port settings on one of the SV3C cams.

Thanks for your help.

But in your router, which ports are forwarded to the IP of the SV3C cam?

But in your router, which ports are forwarded to the IP of the SV3C cam?
Only the http port (in the above cam example, port 1033). They are set as TCP/UDP.
This is the same thing I've done for all my Axis, older SV3C, and Reolink, and they all work great (except these new SV3C B01POE-3MPL-A models) - inside & outside the network.
I'm even able to login to the cams from a browser on my phone outside of the network - but no video - just black screen - all menu/setting are accessible.
Only can see video from inside the network on any device.
