Super mini NVR won't display any streams.

Ive bought a couple of these cheap mini NVR's to use around the house for local viewing. No matter what I can't get them to display anything even though they say connected. I also have a foscam FN3004 which looks pretty much identical just with a different GUI and that works fine with my 3 hikvisions and one foscam camera.

All the cameras are set at 720p 15fps. I would of thought the NVR could handle them or is it just not good enough?

Anyone any idea as to what I'm doing wrong?

That would help but I thought they were all the same. Mines a 8 channel model n6200-8E

I've installed the latest firmware but still no luck.
 
I've tried both over HDMI and over the web GUI

Browser is safari non active X
